I don't exactly listen to english songs. But, i still do have my favourite bands and singers now and then. My first favourite band was 'Michael learns to rock'. My dad had the band's CD in the car, heard their songs, liked them immediately. HAHA! I was only like 10 or 11 at that time. I still remember the classics like "25 minutes" & "Judgement Day". I never got tired of their songs but I didn't like and still don't like their MV. I nearly fell asleep watching them. Then when i was about 12, I got influenced by my prefect partner who was crazy over Westlife. Then there was A1 and Westlife 'rivalry' between the fans of both bands. Debating about whose songs were better (i think), borrowed A1 cd from my friend but only liked 1 or 2 songs from the album. I actually fell asleep while listening to the cd, so you can guess i wasn't a huge fan of their music. Then we had S Club 7 and A*teens at the same time. Catchy rhythms, easy to remeber lyrics. We had "2 in a million" from S Club and "Upside down" from A*teens, which was the theme song for my group dance during our 'Metamorphosis' in primary 6. But despite all the nice songs that S Club 7 and A*teens had, we still remain faithful to Westlife. We would just linger in a certain shop just because Westlife song was on- "Fooled Again", "Seasons in the sun", "My Love", "Bop bop baby", 'If I let you go". ALL VERY NICE! Then somehow, this Irish boyband sort of faded from the music scene, not much news of them. So, I turned to another band- Linkin Park. I didn't listen to alot of their songs, but i do think their music are quite nice. YEAH! I like the feeling of the songs, got the cool metal feeling. Not sure if your understand, but whatever la ah. Haha. Realised that I like raps too. Okay, no link.
