OTC camp is over. it was fun but it was not very tough, still able to take it with all the previous peirce sjab training. the only thing i nearly gave up was the walk up the bukit batok nature park. damm hiong. the slopes and the 5 flights of stairs. i have to thank adelard, huiwen, grace who pushed me up and encouraged me . and the guys at the back who was encouraging us,the 'ENDURE, ENDURE' really motivated me. willian sir said alot of things to us during the route march. really motivated me. haha.really have a sense of achievement when i sat down with all the others who have completed the hike and the route march.it was tiring but we managed it.G-doubleO-D J-O-B good job, good job!!
after this camp, i really respect the officers who have gone through this course. they really want quality officers.
did my email last night. nth much to elaborate. my main point was an officer needs to have command and control and instill a sense of confidence in their cadets. if anyone doesnt perform that trait, they cant be officers. as for the camp, i dont know if i have performed up to standard, i hope i did. i knew it was not my best best. i put in effort, but im not sure if it was enough for me, for them, for the camp.
i hope the ones i voted for as best trainee will get them. ambulance from alpha and nursing from bravo.haha.
i have more to write but i shall do them tmrw cause i need to do my FPQA research now.bye! _____________________________________________________________________________________
