MIA for a few days. nothing much to blog about these few days. i had a boring weekend. we had a so called press conference at the cafe on wed. we thought it was something grand like with camera flashing and reporters asking questions. it got us all jittery, but it turned out to be a small scale event. interns and writers from magazine heading down to the cafe , making small talks with the marketing managers and tasting the ice-cream and lastly taking (or did they pay for it?) two pint of the promotional melon i/c back to the office for sampling.tsk! lor. the melon blend is VERY GOOD. a must try if any of u ever visit any of the oulet.
on tuesday, i was at the galaxy again. the chocolate i/c as usual was very hard and i have to use up alot of my arm power to just get a single scoop of i/c. so i was scooping a scoop of the choc i/c for this lady and the customers behind her saw how difficult it was just to get a single scoop. their turns came and they tell me, " 3 scoops of chocolate." i was wah lauing in my mind. then one of them decided to be nice and ordered something else instead. the least the customers could do after i have served them their so hard to scoop i/c is to leave their change with me after taking their i/c. ya ya ya, i know im a $$$$ face, but its hard work and i as usual, need some encouragement or motiation to get me going on. some customers justttt stand there and say, "its hard work, isint it?" (obviously) , "good workout."(haha, so funny) , "arghhhh."(its me scooping the i/c not you.) the arghhhh they make is like they are imagining they are you and the sound that you would make when faced with something difficult. last but not least, im meeting luckies for dinner on thurs. yeah!!!!!!
