make this a quick entry cause my bro wants me to wake hoim up at 5 am and it already 4;50 am. as usual i shall blog abt my work. okay, so i was at the galaxy again alone on tuesday. i hate it when customers starts coming in batches. i hate it when tourist tries to pay for ice cream using foreign curries. from ren min bi to the US dollar. i dont know how to convet it lah, what the hell. i hate it when customers do not queue up. i hate it when customers does not know how much the ice cream cost. you make me want to laugh right into your stupid face when prepare only $2 when you order your ice cream. you make me want to slap your cheeks when you tell me the ice cream is expensive and then walk away. i hate it when i introduce to you the ice cream and you just walk away after that. its not so bad when you have at least said thank you but for those fuckers who dont........F*** you. but above all the things i hate. i learnt to smile in the face of adversity(o know its a pretty strong word to use, but i cant think of any better word at the moment.) and handle crowds and unhappy customers. if you are polite and keep that smile on your face even if you are boiling mad, all you get is just a black face and no harsh words. seeeeee SMILES can do wonders.reduce big problem to small problem and small problem to no problem (loosely transalated from the chinese sayings). my grandma's bdae is on sun and i dont know what to get for her. im left with $2 in my wallet. i need to go to the bank to draw some $$$$$$$$$$ and at the same time, apply for a ATM cum nets card.. a piece of advice from me to those who are starting work dealing wih customer service. remember to SMILE! even at the most obnoxious customer. SMILE! and SMILE! and SMILE!. everything, okay mei wen ti.!!!!!!!!!!!(:
