had a irritiating customer today. must be a bimbo. i think she didnt like something about the speed of service or something, so her boyfriend feedback to angeline. then later while they were leaving the cafe, i said, "thank you, see you again", and she replied, "Would Not." irritating right. anyway, i dont care if she ever visits the cafe again, we dont need customers like her. typical tanned, tight shirt, tight jeans, long hair, caucasian boyfriend in tow woman. stupid lah. we had gay customers today. i knew it when they shared a bowl of ice-cream. which guys in their right mind would share a bowl of ice-cream between 2 of them. if a group maybe okay, but 2 guys..... i realised tat one of my colleague, faizal, was from sjab. we were telling each other ghost stories about sjab camps and nco camps. we were standing at the galaxy and chatting about sjab stuff. he's from nursing. i was verynice today( march 10). i was supposed to work until 11 but since they were shorthanded(again!) , i stayed till 2 to help. am i nice or am i helpful. i worked from 2pm -2am (12hrs) which means i earned a total of $54. haha. $$$$$$$$$. Zai (my manager) told us something about the company having star awards, silver and gold and a ambassador award for the part-timers . if you get the silver award, your pay would be increased by $0.50/h. gold award, increased by $1/h. ambassador award, $250 added to your salary that month. so suprised. i didnt know we had such system. silver and gold award is nominated by manager and someone from head office would come down and survey you as secretly.as in like sit in cafe and see if you are really up to the award. then for ambassador award, you have to get 10 good comment cards and 1 complimentary letter sent to the head office. haha, motivation for me to smile at my customers. should have told us earlier. so that, i will give excellent customer service.
